As the Director of Enterprise Sales and Business Development, you will be on the front lines of sharing SmartPath’s story and identifying companies and partners that would benefit from implementing our solution. If you enjoy sharing new, innovative programs with CHROs and broader HR/Benefits leaders that will have a direct impact on their staff, we could use your help!


Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales of SmartPath’s financial wellness program to Fortune 1000 HR/Benefits executives (e.g., CHROs, VP of Benefits, VP of HR, etc.)
  • Develop existing and new partnerships for lead generation with benefits brokers/consultants, 401(k) administrators, retirement plan vendors and complementary products
  • Work directly with marketing to collaborate on campaigns (ABM, field marketing, demand generation) that book meetings to drive pipeline and alignment between marketing & sales
  • Provide SmartPath Coaching and Product teams with customer insights to improve SmartPath’s offerings
  • Build the activity-to-pipeline-to-close ratios needed to support enterprise sales success
  • Hit bookings quota on a quarterly and annual basis

Job Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

  • 3-5 years of excellence in building and implementing go-to-market sales strategies to HR/Benefits executives
  • Strong existing relationships with Fortune 1000 HR executives and decision makers
  • Great pipeline management and forecasting process discipline
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Passion for helping improve financial health for America’s middle class
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Savant status in at least one Sales CRM tool (Salesforce, Copper, etc.)
  • Tech savvy and data-driven
  • Hungry for feedback

Preferred:

  • Experience in financial wellness or related offerings
  • Background with leading-edge sales tools and strategies (relationship selling, ABM, etc.)
