Marketing Analyst Atlanta, GA Full Time


SmartPath is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to lead strategic business planning and measurement-driven marketing campaign success. Candidates should possess strong analytical and data manipulation skills, as well as demonstrate proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns against conversion goals. The Analyst will aid in data governance, dashboard creation, building campaign reports and pulling insights from Google Studio. The Analyst will communicate regularly with SmartPath leadership and stakeholders on customer deliverables, general account health, resource requirements and business opportunities.

  • Generating reports that track marketing campaign performance, including spend actualization and database validation, insights creation and customer presentations
  • Working collaboratively with teams across departments to execute timely structured analysis and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to measure and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Providing marketing campaign measurement design and recommended actions across online and offline channels
  • Managing data cleansing and maintenance across the team
  • Pulling reports from Google Studio
  • Monitoring external services and studies to update teams on new strategies, tools and methodologies for usability and analytics tracking or reporting
  • Supporting ad hoc work and long-term project work
  • Participating in customer presentations

Job Skills and Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data
  • Experience with platforms like Google Studio and Tableau
  • Strong quantitative capabilities and research skills
  • High intellectual curiosity and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to pivot and evolve within a fast-paced business environment
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Passion for the personal finance space
